1. This promotion is open to all existing customers of BellaCasino.com who are aged 18 years & over and can view this promotion in the “Promos” section of their account.
2. This is a Network promotion and is running on Magical Vegas, Regal Wins, Lucky VIP and Spin and Win.
3. These terms relate to the Bella Casino “£10k Cash Splash Tournament” promotion. (“the Promotion”).
4. The promotion will run from Monday 03^rd November 2025 at 00:00 and finishes on Sunday 16^th November 2025 at 23:59 UK Time.
5. The Promotion will run over for 2 weeks as follows:

6. Players must opt-in via game and play min bet on any of the participating games. A player will receive points based on the biggest in-game wins multiplier. The higher the total value of the points received by the player for in-game wins multiplier, the higher the player’s score. The prizes will be distributed to players based on the final score.

8. Promotion qualification is based on cash stakes only. Bonus funds do not count towards qualification.
9. This promotion does not guarantee a prize to all customers who meet the qualification criteria.
10. The crediting of the prizes will take place within 72 hours following the end of the Promotional Period. The Promoter will strive to credit the promotional bonuses in a timely manner, however, should any difficulty occur – technical or otherwise, the Promoter may delay or postpone the crediting.

Leaderboard Terms and Conditions:

11. A player must place real money bets with a minimum stake on any participating game.
12. A player will receive points based on the biggest in-game wins multiplier. This calculated as follows: (Win criteria: win/wager * points multiplier = player score. Therefore 10/1*1000 = 10,000). For example:

1. 1. Spin 1: Player wager £1, wins £10 (Win criteria: win/wager * points multiplier = player score. Therefore 10/1*1000 = 10,000) Player score will be 10’000 points.
   2. Spin 2: Player wagers £1 and wins £5 (5/1*1000 = 5,000, his score will remains at 10,000, as 5,000 is lower than his current score.
   3. Spin 3: Player wagers £1 and wins £20 (20/1*1000 = 20,000), his score is updated to 20,000 points, replacing the previous score on the leaderboard.  

13. Only the biggest win multiplier will count towards the leaderboard.
14. The prizes will be distributed to players based on the final score displayed on the in-game leaderboard by the end of each tournament.

Booster Criteria's

15. Number of Spins - Player randomly receives extra points based on the number of spins they make during the tournament. If you play 1,000 Spins players gets 10,000 points
16. Back-To-Back Losing Spins - Player randomly receives extra points based on their number of loosed spins.
17. If player loses 10 consecutive spins player gets 5,000 points
18. Tournament Prizes will be paid as per the below table:

Prize Drop Terms and Conditions:

19. Prize Drops are awarded to active Players. Once a Player places a qualifying spin, they can win up to one Prize Drop per day.
20. Prize Drops are only awarded in Eligible Games.
21. The winning Players will receive an in-game win notification.
22. Prize Drops are awarded daily throughout the Promotion Period.

Guaranteed £1,5k Cash Pot:

25. Players who play 4 or more days during the tournament, they will get a chance to win a Guaranteed Share of £1,500 Cash.

28. The promoter is Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited (referred herein as 'us', 'our' and 'we').
29. Unless stated otherwise, any reward is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
30. Our decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding.
31. We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault or malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

33. Should it be required as part of our normal regulatory obligations, we may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask you for a valid proof of identity, such as a passport and/ or proof of address, to verify your identity, age and residency. If, following review of your documents it is identified that you have breached the general terms and conditions of our website(s), you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and we will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
34. Participants whose accounts with us have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when the Promotion has ended will have their prize forfeited.
35. Customers who have been previously advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion. If a customer is able to participate as the result of an error, we will remove any bonus and associated winnings.
36. We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, which may in turn affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or is wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions.
37. We will remove any bonus and associated winnings from a customer found to be in breach of these terms and conditions or suspected of fraud.
38. We reserve the right to void, withdraw, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. This will be without prejudice to any participant who has already placed a qualifying bet.
39. We will remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include but are not limited to, using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds.
40. We will also remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating other prohibited practices be identified. This includes using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; and colluding with other players.
41. These terms and conditions and the Promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to the Promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in England.
