2. The promotion will run from Monday 6^th April 2026 at 09:01 UK time until Monday 13^th April 2026 at 00:59 UK time (the “Promotional Period”).
3. This offer “The Jelly Express Prize Drop” is available only on Jelly Express game (“Participating Game”)
4. This Promotion is a Network wide operated by Pragmatic Play, with prize pools shared across multiple participating operators.

Promotion Mechanics

6. To take part in the promotion, players must opt-in via the participating game
7. To qualify for a random prize, a player must place a real money bet of any stake on the participating game.
8. If the minimum bet amount (£0.20) is not available in a game, the next higher available bet size will count as a Qualifying Bet.
9. Prizes are awarded randomly on any Qualifying Bet. Each Qualifying Bet can trigger only one (1) prize.
10. Each player may win maximum two (2) prizes during the entire promotion.
11. Promotion qualification is based on cash stakes only. Bonus funds do not count towards qualification.

13. Free Spins prizes (“Free Spins”) are awarded as twenty (20) or ten (10) free spins to be claimed and played in Jelly Express at the same bet stake used to win the prize. 
14. If the bet stake exceeds the £1 value, the Free Spins will be awarded at the £1 value (or the next higher available bet stake). 
15. Free Spins must be claimed and used within seven (7) days from the time you receive them. 
16. Free Spins will become available to play shortly after the prize is awarded. If the bonus does not appear, you may need to refresh the game.

24. We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault or malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

26. Should it be required as part of our normal regulatory obligations, we may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask you for a valid proof of identity, such as a passport and/ or proof of address, to verify your identity, age and residency. If, following review of your documents it is identified that you have breached the general terms and conditions of our website(s), you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and we will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
27. Participants whose accounts with us have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when the Promotion has ended will have their prize forfeited.
28. Customers who have been previously advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion. If a customer is able to participate as the result of an error, we will remove any bonus and associated winnings.
29. We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, which may in turn affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or is wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions.
30. We will remove any bonus and associated winnings from a customer found to be in breach of these terms and conditions or suspected of fraud.
31. We reserve the right to void, withdraw, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. This will be without prejudice to any participant who has already placed a qualifying bet.
32. We will remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include but are not limited to, using manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus pounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds.
33. We will also remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating other prohibited practices be identified. This includes using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; and colluding with other players.
34. These terms and conditions and the Promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to the promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in England.
